IPM Plant was engineered to include the latest compounding, grinding, classifying and pack filling equipment and went on-stream with copier and laser printer toners. Toner manufacturing technology used in the plant is independent, not bought or transferred from other manufacturers.

KTKS used it’s in depth experience over grinding and separation super-fine particles to achieve toner technology independently.

The quality of toner has dramatic impact on print performance. Toner is one of the most complex products in remanufactured cartridges and requires high technology to produce. Developing, perfecting and manufacturing toner requires state-of-the-art equipment, optimum configuration and know-how, as well as, constant quality control standards.

Toner formulation consists of many components such as polymers, iron oxide, carbon, silicas, charge control agents and internal release agents. Creating, controlling and maintaining the right compositions for different formulas of different engine applications is the key to a perfect toner.

That’s why IPM continuously invests on technology, research and development and know-how.
